THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY US AT ANY TIME, EFFECTIVE UPON NOTICE TO YOU, WHICH NOTICE SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN PROVIDED UPON OUR POSTING OF THE CURRENT VERSION OF THIS AGREEMENT ON THE SERVICE.

In this Agreement the following terms have the following meanings unless the context requires otherwise:
"Agreement" means the agreement between You and Us incorporating these terms and conditions for the provision of the Service, as amended from time to time in the manner set forth herein;
"We, Us, Our" means NEED4LOVE; and
"You, Your, Yourself" means the person who registers for the Service, accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement and whose application for membership of the Service is accepted by Us.

ELIGIBILITY: MINORS MAY NOT BECOME MEMBERS. By becoming a Member, You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, You represent and warrant that You have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your membership for the Service is for Your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use Your membership, and You may not assign or otherwise transfer Your account to any other person or entity.

We refer to the Website and all services provided through the Website as the "Service".
NEED4LOVE is a communication Website for men from all over the world and women from Ukraine and Russia. We ARE NOT A MARRIAGE AGENCY and do not offer any matrimonial services. We charge users for utilizing online communication facilities. NEED4LOVE has no personal relations with the women on the site. We DO NOT VOUCH for the ladies' conduct as well as we cannot guarantee that all ladies are genuine.

The Website allows subscribers to get in touch with anyone who has posted a profile on the Website. You agree that the Service is provided as is and that we do not provide any guarantee or assurance that our Website or the Services will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free or be fit for any particular purpose. Accordingly, we cannot accept liability for its unavailability or the timeliness, deletion, mis-deliver or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings or that the Service will meet your requirements. You assume full responsibility and risk for your use of the Website and use of all information contained within it.

NEED4LOVE reserves the right to make changes or corrections, alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Website or the content or Services available through it, including your access to it. Such changes or additions shall take effect within a reasonable amount of time. You are advised to check the Website every now and again to keep yourself up to date with any changes.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE: As a Member, You agree that:
You will use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not include in Your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's or email addresses, other than in response to Our prompts in the personal or general information sections of the Websites. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other members. You are solely responsible for Your interactions with other members. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between You and other members.

You are solely responsible for the content or information You publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Service, or transmit to other members. You will not post on the Service, or transmit to other members or to Us or Our employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). You will not include in Your profile any offensive language, including but not limited to offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and You will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information. We reserve the right, but We have no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with the prohibitions set forth in this section. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion. You understand and agree that we reserve the right, but have no obligation, to have access to and monitor any and all User Content as well we bear no. The Service is not responsible for the content shared in the Text Chats or Letters within the Website. We have a right but no obligation, to remove any User Content.

DELETING INFORMATION AND USER DATA

For removing your profile and full user data you should mail to support and ask us about deleting your profile. You can mail us via contact us form or mail to support@need4love.com

FEES
Since some of our services are non-free, we take fees for sending letters, instant messaging (online chat), using video streaming, viewing video presentations, gift delivery. All prices are available for registered members in 'Buy Credits' section. You can pay for the services via major credit cards, Western Union or Moneygram transfers to get a Premium Service that allows to send messages to other members within the Website and to text Chat on line. We may change our fee schedule at any time and the new fee schedule shall be enforced immediately upon publication of the same on our Website or upon notice to you via email. All currency references are in the US Dollars.

Please read our refund policy carefully before you use NEED4LOVE and pay for the services.

While we may use terms like “buy”, “purchase”, or “sell” in reference to Credits, we do so only for convenience and such terms in no way indicate that Credits have monetary value or are real currency. You acknowledge that Credits are not real currency and are not redeemable for any sum of money from us at any time. Credits obtained via the Service are provided to you under a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable license to use within the Service. Credits may not be transferred or resold in any manner, including, without limitation, by means of any direct sale or auction service. You have no property interest, right, or title in or to any such Credits appearing or originating in the Service, or any other attributes associated with the use of the Service. Premium Services are provided and charged once you have used them, despite the session time: send a letter (you send messages to other Members which are delivered to their internal inbox on the Website) – 40 Credits per letter; 1 minute of text Chat to 1 member -3 credits per minute. Gifts delivery (you order purchase and delivery of goods via the Website as gifts to Admitted Members) - the value in Credits for a specific gift is available on the Website. You become eligible to submit a request to an Admitted Member for his/her personal contact information once the foregoing conditions are met: you have spent at least 6000 credits on letters or Text chat messages or gifts to this Member. In response to such a request, the following contact information of the Admitted Member is provided: name and surname, Email, address of residence, contact telephone number ( if available).

MEMBERSHIP
There is no membership subscription at our Website. Your profile will be posted for free after getting through the registration procedure.

PRIVACY: The personal information (including sensitive personal information) You provide to Us will be stored on computers and/or servers. You consent to the use this information to create a profile of interests, preferences and browsing patterns and to allow You to participate in the Service. You also agree to read, review, comply with, uphold and maintain Our Privacy Statement and the terms and conditions thereof. If you are located outside of the United States, please note that the information that you provide is being sent to the United States. By becoming a Member of the Service, you consent to your data being sent to the United States and to such other third parties and jurisdictions as may be involved in the provision and operation of the Service.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF MEMBERS OR THEIR COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE MEMBERS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR GUARANTEES AS TO THE ABILITY TO SECURE ANY VISAS OR OTHER INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION FOR ANY MEMBERS.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CONDUCT ANY CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK OR OTHER SCREENINGS (SUCH AS SEX OFFENDER REGISTER SEARCHES), AT ANY TIME AND USING AVAILABLE PUBLIC RECORDS, AND YOU CONSENT TO SUCH SEARCHES AND OTHER SCREENINGS.

The Service is an internet information service that facilitates contact between persons who may or may not be seeking friendship or a relationship. The Company makes no, and expressly disclaims all, representations or warranties as to the conduct of Members. We are not responsible for any disputes or disagreements between you and any third party you interact with using the Service. This includes disputes between Members. You assume all risks associated with dealing with any and all Members, or other third parties, including without limitation the risk that information about a certain Member posted on the Website or information provided by a Member in the course of interactions with other Members via the Service may be false or misleading. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK WHEN INTERACTING WITH ANY OTHER MEMBER IN CONNECTION WITH USING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH SHARING CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION WITH ANY OTHER MEMBER OR SENDING MONEY TO ANY MEMBER. ALL USERS AND MEMBERS OF THE SERVICE HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE NOT TO SUE OR HOLD LIABLE THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY INSTRUCTION, ADVICE, OR SERVICES THAT ORIGINATED THROUGH THE SERVICE, AND THE RELEASED PARTIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOR ANY DAMAGE, SUITS, CLAIMS, AND/OR CONTROVERSIES THAT ARISE OR ARE RELATED IN ANY WAY TO THE SERVICE, THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE, AND/OR THE INTERACTION(S) BETWEEN ANY MEMBERS OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER ARISING UNDER CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE.

We make no representations or warranties that you will experience specific results from the use of the Service. The Website is only a technical platform and a venue for individuals to communicate with each other by means

of the Services. While the Company is making its best to check if Members are real people, we are not required to screen or censor all information posted in the profiles such as photos or personal data on the Website on each

member, including but not limited to the identity of any Member. We are not involved in any actual communication between individuals on the Website.

MONITORING OF INFORMATION
We reserve the right to monitor all public postings, messages, video and audio recordings to ensure that they conform to the content guidelines, which may be applicable from time to time.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS TO SERVICE
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity, or that may otherwise affect the enjoyment of the Service or the Internet by others may be grounds for termination of your access to all or part of the Service at our sole discretion, and you may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS: You represent and warrant to Us that the information posted in Your profile, including Your photograph, is posted by You and that You are the exclusive author of Your profile and the exclusive owner of Your photographs. You assign to Us, with full title guarantee, all copyright in Your profile, Your photographs posted, and any additional information sent to Us at any time in connection with Your use of the Service. You waive absolutely any and all moral rights to be identified as author of Your profile and owner of Your photograph and any similar rights in any jurisdiction in the world. In addition, other Members may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection, whether or not it is identified as copyrighted. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which You have been given express written permission, You will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. By posting information, photographs or content on any Service, You automatically grant, and You represent and warrant that You have the right to grant, to Us and other members, free of charge, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, promote, publish and distribute such information, content and photographs and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sub-licenses of the foregoing.

Also, it is possible that other members or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials through the Service and that You may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive or obscene materials. It also is possible for others to obtain personal information about You due to Your use of the Service. Those others may use your information for purposes other than what You intended. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCLUDING BY NOT LIMITED TO PHYSICAL DAMAGES, BODILY INJURY OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SERVICE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR COMMUNICATIONS WITH AND/OR INTERACTIONS WITH ANY OTHER MEMBER OF THE SERVICE, OR ANY INDIVIDUAL YOU MEET VIA THE SERVICE.

You agree to personal jurisdiction by and exclusive venue in the state and federal courts of the State of California, City of Los Angeles with regard to any and all claims by you arising out of or related to the Website.
